body:Hi Up for auction here is close to 2 tonnes or over of PURE lead already smelted into individual ingots of 12-13 kg each in the main ( approx 140 of ).Balance is approx 6x 45kg rolls of lead flashing with approx 100kg of baby ingots of approx 1-2 kgs.This all came out of a scrapped 35 ft John Pugh yacht.What you see is the result of a couple of days of Bloody hard yacka jackhammering the lead ingots out of their little hidey holes with a 220 cfm compressor,then chipping off the majority of the pitch surrounding them,then melting the remainder to come up with ingots suitable to lay in a hull. We have been offered $1.90 per kilo as scrap but this is way too precious in its ingot form for someone who is either building or planning to build a yacht.

The boat itself is in good condition but hasn’t been in the water for a while, however the trampoline mat and rigging needs replacing. Unsure of condition of sails.
